Terms of use
RossoDiag and Rosso Suite are independent Windows applications for lawful motorcycle diagnosis and software testing. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A.
What a purchase grants
A completed purchase, once checkout is live, grants a personal license to install the selected product on one Windows computer. Ownership of the software is not transferred. Hardware, adapters, and motorcycle parts are not included.
Acceptable use
Use the software only on vehicles you are authorized to diagnose.
Do not use it to bypass security, program keys, change immobilizer data, or alter odometer or ownership identity.
Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the executables or license files.
Compatibility and risk
Connector type, ECU services, and write support vary by motorcycle. Diagnostic work can damage equipment or leave a vehicle unsafe if performed incorrectly. You are responsible for verifying the cable, battery voltage, workshop procedure, and result.
Before sales start
When Stripe keys are configured, Buy buttons open Stripe Checkout. Money is collected only on Stripe’s hosted page. A download link is emailed only after Stripe reports the payment as paid. Commercial terms, warranty limits, and governing law must still be completed for the seller’s jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with these pages, that law controls.
Privacy
RossoDiag is local-first. Diagnostic sessions, recordings, reports, and support bundles stay on your computer unless you export and share them.
What the applications store
Connection settings and recent session files on the local PC
Optional CSV recordings and HTML or JSON reports that you create
Support ZIP files that can include a VIN and calibration data if you generate them
What this website collects
This static preview does not run analytics or marketing cookies. The contact form still does not submit to a server. When checkout is live, Stripe processes card and wallet data under Stripe’s privacy policy. The store keeps the checkout email, product SKU, Stripe session id, and download-attempt count so it can send the link and prevent reuse. SMTP or the payment provider may also retain the message and receipt.
Sharing
Review any support bundle before sending it. Do not send files that contain information you are not authorized to disclose.
Refunds
Until Stripe is configured, no payment is accepted. After launch:
If a licensed download cannot be fulfilled, the purchase is refunded.
If the wrong product was bought and the other package has not been used, a replacement or refund can be requested.
Compatibility varies. A motorcycle that lacks a supported service is not automatically a defect in the software.
Refunds for change-of-mind after a successful download may be limited by the seller’s jurisdiction and the payment provider’s rules.
Request refunds from the contact page once a support address is published. Keep the order reference and the SHA-256 of the file you received.

A valid license grants one user permission to install and use the purchased RossoDiag product on one Windows computer for lawful motorcycle diagnosis and software testing. The software may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used to bypass vehicle security or alter ownership, identity, immobilizer, key, or odometer data.
The software is provided without a guarantee of compatibility with every motorcycle, ECU, firmware, adapter, or cable. The user is responsible for confirming compatibility, maintaining safe battery voltage, following the motorcycle workshop manual, and verifying the result.
Redistribution terms, warranty limits, governing law, seller identity, support, refund rights, privacy terms, taxes, and consumer rights must be completed and reviewed for the seller’s jurisdiction before commercial release.
